Currently, for the manufacturing of sample boards, small batch and batch orders, the high-precision placement can be easily completed by adopting the conventional process. For example: The smallest placement size of CHIP elements is 01005; and the center-to-center distance of the adjacent solder points of BGA elements can achieve 0.3mm.

The delivery capacity depends on the order QTY and the manufacturing cycle. Taking the conventional industrial control products for example, for the sample board orders, the conventional manufacturing cycle is that the delivery is made three days after of the material are well prepared;
